Placing Orders
Placing an order with Femi Hair is easy. We have a secured encrypted payment process that ensures the privacy of all your personal information. Once you have had an opportunity to review our website you have several options in which to place your order. For your convenience our friendly Femi Hair associates are available to take your order via phone Monday-Saturday 24/7 or you can place your order by fax or mail in your order. Payment
We accept most major credit cards, (except prepaid cards) and for your convenience we accept Cashier Checks, Travelers Cheques, and Money Orders payable to Femi Hair, personal check are accepted with a copy of a valid drivers license, there is a hold of 5 days for all types of checks received.

Shipping policy- we use USPS and UPS as our carriers: The following are the services currently offered. 
-Ground Shipping - fast and affordable service to most location usually takes 3 to 4 days. It is one of the best values for shipping. We will deliver to mailbox, small mail slots and P.O. Boxes.
-Priority Shipping – Two day service to most locations. Military address (APO, AFO, AA, AE, and AP) require delivery via USPS priority mail only. USPS and UPS do not offer express mail to military addresses.
-Express/Overnight – Is one of the fastest ways to receive your package. Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations, for orders placed by 10:00 AM.
-Signature required – for order over $350.00 value
-International shipping – Yes we do ship internationally; payment must be received via bank wire or PayPal service. Contact us immediately for instruction on international wires. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance which will vary from country to country.  Any additional tariffs, fees, duties or clearance documentation required by the customers will be the full responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy: We inspect and guarantee to ensure that our entire product line is of the highest quality at the time of shipment.  Please notify Femi Hair immediately of receiving your shipment if your order arrived damaged or defective. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent product only.  You will be required to return damaged merchandise so that are able to inspect the item and send you a replacement immediately.  Refunds are not issued for any product due to misuse, misapplication, or use of any chemical product which alters the natural state of the hair. Such as dying, perming, etc. these items will be void of any warranty expressed or implied.  Within 7 days of purchase, of receiving your order, you may exchange your order.

As a general business practice we do not charge restocking fee but reserve the right. As we do understand that certain unforeseen issue which in some cases are unavoidable may occur. However to avoid restocking fee of 10 to 30% the following must be adhered to:

-Regrettably we do not refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is result of our error Femi Hair, will cover the shipping charges for your return product.
-To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging. We are unable to accept return of product which have been used in any fashion, and not in original state, if damaged i.e. the weft is cut, the pack will be returned.
-Returned items 15 days after delivery will be handled on a case by case bases.
-
If we shipped your package and it was returned to us, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you.
-
If you return a package that was eligible for the free shipping promotion, you will incur the original shipping charge if requesting a refund.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Femi Hair reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and return your funds.
-You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value the buyer will be required to pay the difference of the exchange items. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.
-You may return the product for a store credit towards a future purchase of equal or greater value. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit.
-
To exchange a product, return the original order immediately. Once we received the item you wish to exchange, we will ship out the replacement product. For faster service and shipment, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in the unused condition. Otherwise, the original order will be replaced once it is received and inspected.

Refunds & Exchanges
Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. Orders can not be cancelled once placed, all custom made item are FINAL (Wigs, Lace Wigs, Frontal, etc, Custom made items are defined as items order specific for the buyer). Exchanges for standard items made within the first 7 days after purchase are accepted only for items which are unopened and unused; all exchanges must be returned in the original packaging and with the invoice, there are no refunds on shipping charges and other incurred expenses, such as missed hair appointment, etc. Shipments refused upon deliver, unclaimed, returned will be are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping, Handling cost are non refundable. All balances due to the purchaser will be refunded to their credit card. 

Tracking Number
A tracking number will be emailed to you as well as updated to your account, to view your tracking number or check on the deliver status of your order or locate your tracking number for a product, visit femihaironline.com website, to view the My Account Information, click on the “Store page”, at the bottom of the page, click on the footer page “Log In” enter your email addressed and password used when placing your order. Click on Log in. Here you can view current and previous orders and there status and tracking number.  To Check the delivery status of your order with Femi Hair, go to USPS.com/tracking or UPS.com/tracking (the shipper used will be identified with the tracking number) enter the label receipt or tracking number provided.  Please be sure to enter all letters and numbers exactly as they appear (no spacing) in your label or receipt.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Under rare and unusual circumstances insufficient inventory conditions are unavoidable; although we are committed to doing our best in preventing this from happening, in some periods the inventory on hand is not sufficient to complete an order. If this is the case, items purchased will be back ordered and shipped immediately once inventory levels have been corrected usually within a 3 to 5 days, should you not choose to wait your order will be cancelled. Unless you are notified of a back ordered item, your order will ship accordingly.

When will my order ship?  Femi Hair’s company policy is to provide you with timely shipping service. Orders are process and shipped daily, Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business day, weekend/holidays orders will be processed on the next business day in the US, the order processing time does not include the in-transit shipping time.
Although we are committed to outstanding customer service and timely shipping we have no control over late shipments from our carriers, due to, natural disasters, bad weather systems, incorrect billing addresses, clients who live in rural areas, etc. All shipping cost are paid by the client.
